ポイ探ではありませんが、他のサイトでMySQLの接続が不安定になる不具合がありました。MySQLのログを見ると下記のようになっています。

このログが、MySQLにアクセスされるたびに出力され、バイナリファイルがどんどんインクリメントされていきます。
